Working with government agencies and academia, the MMIP are identifying novel manufacturing technology areas, opportunities for their development and introduction in the UK and ways of facilitating this.
The MMIP is putting resources towards a Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre, this aims to catalyse the implementation of new technology in both the pharmaceutical and fine chemical supply chains.
