Rescuing patient access to industry clinical trials in the UK

For the Life Sciences Vision to be a success, the NHS must become an innovation partner by delivering the Health and Care Act’s mandate for research and achieving the Future of UK Clinical Research Delivery’s ambition to increase the NHS’s research capacity. The UK's deteriorating clinical research ecosystem, however, demonstrates how far the UK is from delivering on this ambition.
