ABPI Industry Summit 2025 - delivering innovation through building trust

The pace of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry continues to increase, but securing its benefit is not that simple. We know that delivery of new treatments varies widely across the country and that health inequalities remain a challenge, alongside the upsurge in misinformation that can affect patient safety.

How can the industry respond by evolving the way it operates and communicates, so that access to innovation and treatment becomes a reality for many more people who need it? We need to work as one with government, academia and patient advocates if we are to make a real difference to people’s lives, and for that, trust is essential.

This event, for ABPI members and invited guests, will assess the way industry builds familiarity and trust, and will ask if we need to challenge ourselves to work differently to achieve radical change for patients.

It will be of particular interest to senior leaders in general business, corporate affairs, compliance and disclosure, medical affairs and patient engagement roles.
