Steve Allan is General Manager at CSL, UK & Ireland

Steve was appointed General Manager for CSL Vifor in the UK and Ireland in 2024. In December 2025, following the combination of CSL Vifor and CSL Behring into a single commercial enterprise, he became Executive Director and General Manager of CSL UK and Ireland. During his 8-year tenure at CSL Behring UK and Ireland, Steve led several successful commercial initiatives that contributed to significant business growth.

Steve has 30 years of experience in the UK pharma market, having worked for Gilead, and Sanofi legacy companies prior to joining CSL Behring. In that time he has gained significant experience in sales, commercial operations, marketing, sales force excellence, procurement , leadership and organizational design. Steve is passionate about leadership, partnership working and creating an environment to let smaller pharmaceutical thrive alongside the patients and clinicians we serve.
