Young people's perceptions of careers in the pharmaceutical industry

Attracting the next generation of workers into the pharmaceutical industry is a critical part of building the pipeline of skills it needs to succeed. Polling shows the public has a generally favourable opinion of the industry and that this was boosted to some extent by its role during the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, we know less about how it is perceived by prospective employees, especially young people. The current project was conducted to explore this issue.
