Victoria Jordan, Executive Director, Patient Access.

Victoria Jordan is Executive Director, Patient Access at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), leading the organisation's work on the value, access and adoption of medicines. In this role, she is responsible for shaping ABPI's strategy to support innovative medicines reaching UK patients promptly and equitably across the NHS.

Over nearly a decade at the ABPI, she has built a reputation as one of the UK's leading voices on medicines access policy, working across the full pathway from horizon scanning and system preparedness through to health technology assessment and NHS adoption.

Her track record includes playing a central role in the negotiation and implementation of the access, adoption and outcomes chapters of both the 2019 and 2024 Voluntary Schemes, contributing to significant updates to NICE's manual for health technology evaluation, and leading development of the Competition and Markets Authority's prioritisation statement for combination therapies. She takes a collaborative approach to policy, working closely with government, the NHS, patient groups, industry and academia to develop practical solutions that ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Vic holds a Masters in Economic Evaluation for Health Technology Assessment from the University of York, and brings a distinctive ability to connect advances in medicines evaluation methodology with the real-world challenge of getting new treatments to patients in the NHS.
