Matt Ferriday

Matthew is VP and General Manager of LEO Pharma, UK joining in April 2026 and has more than 20 years of experience in specialty and biologic markets. 

He is widely recognised for his ability to drive sustainable growth, lead successful launches and build high-performing teams through strong cross-functional and global collaboration.

Matt has held commercial leadership positions at both global and local level at GSK where his roles included Global Marketing Director for Biologics and Respiratory Business Unit Director for Australia. He led then led the UK Vaccines and Immune Therapies Business Unit at AstraZeneca before joining Ipsen Biopharma where he held senior leadership roles across Rare Diseases and Neuroscience. 

He is passionate about addressing health inequity and having a positive impact on public health. He holds a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Leeds.
