Our three-year strategic plan lays out our commitment to becoming world class: to surpass member’s requirements; to lead the industry through a rapidly evolving healthcare sector; to shape the UK pharmaceutical environment in order to maintain a strong R&D based industry and to ultimately ensure patients in the UK are direct beneficiaries of the most up to date advances in medicines research.
Our strategic plan is reviewed annually on a rolling basis to keep us positioned at the forefront of changes in the environment and to address any issues raised in an annual member’s survey of our performance.
