ABPI Resources for Schools
Our Resources for Schools website provides curriculum-related resources for use by teachers and their pupils. The resources have been developed to link topics studied in school to their application in industry and in research.
Information for students
High quality diagrams and animations help students learn about how the body works and what goes wrong when someone suffers from a disease such as diabetes, heart disease or cancer. Secondary age students, and their teachers, will find content relevant to a wide variety of courses including Science, Biology, PE and History GCSEs, Biology A-level, Higher and Advanced Higher qualifications.
Games and animations on topics related to the science curriculum are provided for Primary age pupils.
Information for teachers
Links are provided so that UK teachers can see where the materials fit with the curriculum they teach. The Resource Library allows teachers to download diagrams, worksheets, posters and animations so that teachers can incorporate them easily into their lessons.

At Work with Science
The At Work with Science website provides an insight into what goes on in a research-based pharmaceutical company. Students can visit chemistry laboratories and a pilot plant through virtual tours, find out how medicines are developed, learn about how to write a good CV to apply for work experience, and much more.

Posters and booklets for schools
We also produce posters and booklets that are useful for teachers and students. Topics covered include animal research, research into new medicines and access to medicines in developing countries. Publications are provided free of charge and can be downloaded and ordered from the ABPI library.
