​The Masterclass is suitable for staff in financial roles and involved with the management/administration of the PPRS scheme (i.e. the day to day data capture/AFRs/modulation/quarterly reporting/pricing), or those new to PPRS who want to learn about it.

The financial aspects of the PPRS require both a strategic and operational understanding. Those responsible for administering the PPRS will consider elements such as their reporting obligations, whether they are subject to the allowances, transfer pricing, modulation etc. The Masterclass will cover the core financial aspects of the PPRS scheme.

In addition the PPRS has increasingly encompassed elements of a non-financial nature. Whilst they do not impact on the day to day administration of the PPRS, there is nonetheless a need for those running the scheme to understand these new elements along with their commercial colleagues. 

The Masterclass will include a session on the non-financial elements, not forgetting about Value Based Pricing (VBP) and the future of price regulation in the UK. Come along for an introduction and overview on what this will mean for the future pricing of medicines from 2014. 

The cost is £400 excluding VAT for ABPI members, £600 excluding VAT for non-ABPI members.
