​Delegates on the first programme were all senior figures in the industry, who gave outstandingly high ratings in the post-course evaluation for programme relevance and value for time spent.

The programme content is delivered in the context of the pharmaceutical industry and is designed for directors wishing to develop their skills and demonstrate best practice. It can also lead to the highly regarded award of the IoD Diploma in Company Direction, and ultimately to the 'gold standard' status of Chartered Director.
