2007 ABPI Funding for patient organisations
Long-term Conditions Alliance (LTCA)
£50,000 unrestricted funding, given entirely at arm’s length for any purpose consistent with the aims and objectives of the organisation.
Genetic Interest Group (GIG)
£8,000 unrestricted funding, given entirely at arm’s length for any purpose consistent with the aims and objectives of the organisation.
£1000 to sponsor the launch of The Family Route Map Project Report. ABPI had no involvement in either the project or the launch.
Neurological Alliance
£2060 subscription for 2007/2008
As part of 2007 special project Taking Control:
- £3790 to produce the ABPI/Neurological Alliance/Ask About Medicines video Taking Control
- £2000 for the project launch
- £3500 for a technical upgrade of the Neurological Alliance website to accommodate a large joint survey
on patients’ experience of services and information. This upgrade was not needed for any other area of the Neurological
Alliance website.
MS Society
£3350 for technical assistance and office/management time with respect to the development and launch of the publication Target MS.
£650 unrestricted funding given entirely at arm’s length for any purpose consistent with the aims and objective of the organisation.
MS Trust
£2750 for technical assistance and office/management time with respect to the development and launch of the publication Target MS.
£500 unrestricted funding given entirely at arm’s length for any purpose consistent with the aims and objectives of the organisation.
