The objectives of the Scottish Cancer Industry Group are to:
support the quality and innovation agendas in the delivery of the best evidence based care
ensure those communicating with patients have access to the best quality information to allow people affected by cancer to become partners in their own care
ensure people with cancer have equitable access to the best available medicines and services
take forward the 2012 Common Understanding through the development of an innovative patient-centred joint working initiative.
