Collaborative working

For the past fifteen years or so, we have attended regular meetings with the Department of Health and the MHRA as a Ministerial Industry Strategy Group (MISG) to ensure that Life Sciences remain a key industry sector in the UK.

Under the auspices of “Life Sciences UK”, we work collaboratively with the following organisations to forward the work of the Office for Life Sciences (OLS):

The OLS was established in 2009 as a cross-government department combining representatives from HM Treasury, Department of Health, and Department for Business Industry & Skills (BIS).

We also work with medical charities and organisations to provide them with industry perspective on their projects – including:
